I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE YET, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your order hasn't arrived yet, it is likely still in transit and will reach you very soon. Please check your estimated delivery date first. If that date has passed, keep in mind that local courier networks can sometimes experience unexpected high volumes.

Important for Middle East Deliveries: Please verify that your shipping address is accurate and complete on your order confirmation. Most importantly, ensure your phone number is correct. Couriers in the region rely heavily on calling or contacting you via WhatsApp to coordinate the final delivery. Missing or incorrect contact info is the main cause of delays.

WHY DID I RECEIVE ONLY ONE ITEM WHEN I ORDERED SEVERAL?

To get your items to you as quickly as possible, products are sometimes processed and shipped separately. If you ordered multiple pairs, it is completely normal to receive them in separate packages. Your second package is already on its way and should arrive very shortly!
